Part of the integrations team for the Fortra Project — importing spreadsheet data to SQL Server and mapping to Dynamics 365 via SSIS. Participated in 2 production deployments. Built a C# console app to upload files to SharePoint as Dynamics 365 Documents. Created automations via Plugins, Custom Workflows, Custom Activities and Power Automate. Customized and automated Dynamics 365 Forms using JavaScript. Generated reports using SSRS.

Tech Lead for the Dynamics CRM ADV Squad. Provided technical guidance to 3 developers, sharing knowledge of new features and best practices.

Responsible for all developments for law firm projects, including integration between Dynamics Marketing and Zoom (which became a Bizapp product). Developed .NET API, Power Automate flows, Plugins, Custom Workflows, business rules, Security Roles, Power BI Reports, Power Apps, Azure functions and SSRS.

Main Dynamics 365 consultant at one of the largest law firms in São Paulo, maintaining production environment and integrations. Also worked on a cloud services company project, migrating from Dynamics 2016 CRM On-Premise to Dynamics 365 Online with Experlogix CPQ implementation.

Project for AIB Bank in Ireland. Participated in dailies and refinement meetings. Supported existing features and created new ones.

Project for Volkswagen Brazil — integrated legacy systems with Dynamics 365/Unified Service Desk via plugins, web services and JavaScript. Project for Porto Seguro insurance — webservice/WCF integration creating custom entity buttons for data automation on the portal.
